What is your current state of mind?
Anxious and excited.

What are the components of bliss?
Good friends, good food and peace of mind.

If you could invite anyone from history to dinner who would it be?
I hate questions like this. I want more than one, but I’d have to say Eleanor Roosevelt.

What is the best piece of advice you were ever given, and whom did you get it from?
“If you feel froggy, leap....” by his Holiness the Dalai Lama, but I have paraphrased it.

What is the one thing you’d change about yourself?
My sharp tongue when I am hurt.

What is the most outrageous thing you’ve heard said about yourself?
Really?  People are so kind to me, I’ve yet to hear anything truly outrageous.

What would it take to make you go, WOW!?
Almost anything! I live in tremendous gratitude and am quite conscious of my surroundings.

Who are your real life heroes?
UN workers, refugees in isolation and anyone willing to put their life on the line for what they believe in.

What feature/quality do you find most interesting in another person?
Being interested! I feel the most interesting people are those who are interested!

What word of phrase do you most overuse?
“Really?” (see question six, right?!)

What is your earliest memory of childhood?
My dad strumming the guitar and me dancing to “Puff the Magic Dragon.”

You have $100.00, what do you spend it on?
I give half away and have a proper meal with a friend.

What has been your greatest memory?
The best is yet to come!

What would your autobiography be called?
“Really? – Just kidding... Umm, “Shh, I’m Sleeping”  I don’t know...

What’s your pet peeve, what really ticks you off?
People who have a sense of entitlement and people who are not generous of spirit.

Who is your favourite fictional hero?
Scout – from “To Kill a Mockingbird.”

Who is the most interesting person you’ve ever met?
His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

You have an afternoon all to yourself away from everything / everybody, how do you spend it?
At the beach!

You arrive at the pearly gates, what does St. Peter say to you?
“Good job – but there’s more.”

If the whole world were listening, what would you say?
“Don’t listen to me, listen to your heart, do what you love, love what you have and who you are with.”
